1 Definitions & General Provisions

In these Terms, "uuuok", "we", or "our" refers to the entity operating the website https://uuuok.lat. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any individual registered on this platform.

"Services" refers to all online gaming, betting, bonuses, promotions, and related features provided through uuuok. "Platform" refers to the uuuok website, mobile interface, and all associated digital channels.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players residing in Bangladesh. If any section of the Terms is unclear, please contact our support team.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the services at uuuok, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information — including your name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

For verification purposes, uuuok may request identity documents, proof of address, or financial records at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following specific rules apply to all financial transactions on the uuuok platform:

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned. For bank transfers, any scheduled bank in Bangladesh is accepted, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, wagering requirements must be fulfilled (see Section 4 for details). In cases of suspicious transactions, uuuok reserves the right to hold withdrawals until additional verification is completed.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided at uuuok are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount will be double the deposit amount, but will not exceed ৳5,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus combined).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled and all earnings from the bonus will be forfeited. The original deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be considered void once it expires.
• One promotion cannot be used alongside another promotion at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• uuuok reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, uuuok's decision will be considered final.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

uuuok's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tiers are upgraded based on player activity and engagement. Cashback is credited directly to the account and can be used just like a regular balance. uuuok's decision is final on all matters related to VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Rules

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Providing false or incomplete personal information.
• Bonus fraud — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or multiple accounts from the same household.
• Using automated bots, software, or any technical advantage to play games.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other players or uuuok staff.

uuuok reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account — particularly where fraud or rule violations are suspected. If an account is closed, verifiable original deposit amounts will be returned, but bonuses or funds from suspicious sources will be forfeited.

7 Game Fairness & Technical Provisions

All games on uuuok are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which leaves no room for external manipulation.

If any transaction or game outcome is affected by a technical error on the platform, uuuok reserves the right to void that transaction. Amounts earned under error conditions may also be reversed.

Our server records will be treated as the definitive evidence. In the event of any dispute over a game result, the server log data will be considered the authoritative proof.

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
